View allIt does have hdmi 2.0 - Have a look under jack packs under the link above. You are right about the 8 bit, but that does not prevent it from receiving a 4K signal, it just limits it to 4:2:2 instead of 4:4:4. At $799, I can live with it as the picture is amazing.
Not trying to hate, just saying you should do your research beforehand! I'm personally still waiting for a sick deal on the 6203.
Its easier to look for a deal (cause there are LOTS of good audio system deals this year) than to argue for something that's not on sale. Here's the way I see it... after you have a long conversation where you will get angry over literally nothing, even if they give you a deduction, it'll be less than a regular sale on that system anyway. So if you really want that system, wait for the sale on the system rather than try to fight for it and end up paying more than if you just price watched it.
Also, how is the iPhone 6 deal?

I have a GC that I have been meaning to use up and in dire need of some more storage.
yet the Pioneer 600-Watt 5.1 Home Theatre System (HTP-072) is not on sale.
Do you think there is a legitimate chance of getting a price deduction if brought to there attention as the Flyer is falsely advertising

I've been reading it is a pretty good brand for its' cost, just wondering what others may think.
EDIT: Just got the confirmation email for my new order. Still have not received an email for my previous order from last night, so I assume (and now hope) the previous order did not go through.
EDIT: My previous order from last night just got cancelled per an email from Future Shop. It looks like it was classified as a "Reserve and Pick Up" order, which is probably why it was cancelled (even though I bought a blu-ray player that I don't believe was a doorcrasher). Bottom line appears to be to make sure you deliver to home. I do note that when I placed my new order this morning, the store delivery option was not available (wish they did that last night).
Is it just me or are there no 1440p 27"+ monitors in this flyer?
Futureshop has the Polk Audio RTI12 each for $399 - looks like a good deal
Any opinions - good, bad , ugly on this ?
I believe these were replaced with RTI-A9 ; and that the changes are mostly cosmetic.
I am also lookibng at the Klipsch R-28F that I can order from Bestbuy (USA) ate almost half the price to the border, and pick it up there.
Polk Audio Tower Speaker (RTi12) – Single - $399 (899 on amazon ; Hookbag $1.126)
http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/product/ ... 846b9een02
Polk Audio Tower Speaker (RTIA9) - Black - Single $974
Polk Audio Tower Speaker (RTIA7) - Black - Single $399
Klipsch Reference Tower Speaker (RF800B) - Black - Single $399
Klipsch Tower Speaker (R28F) - Single - Brushed Black $379 ( Best Buy canada)
Klipsch - Reference Dual 8" Floorstanding Speaker (Each) R-28F $224.99 BestBuy (USA)
Any opinions on which is the better deal ?
THX
From what I can tell, this unit is selling in the US for about $1000 (or more). In Canada prices were Walmart ($1098) BB ($999) New Egg ($949) Sears ($1399). Costco is matching the price and has their kick ass warranty plan but I didn't want to wait and we don't have a local store. So $799 seems like a good deal.
I really like the TV. The picture is great (to my eyes although I have not tested any UHD on it) and the smart functions are snappy. I can load up and connect to netflix faster than my PS3. I did have the internet connection repeatedly drop. Then I noticed a firmware update and it hasn't dropped since.
So far, I am very happy with it....especially considering the price. You can always return it as the kid as FS said they have extended their return policy past Xmas to start of Jan. Although I would double check.

YMMV may very though, I worked there a few years ago and when we did this the web sales people came in a hour early and had all the web pick ups ready. I''m going in the morning when I drop the wife off anyways, so I can either see if its ready, and if not, likely will be able to get all the things I'm looking for anyways
I was ready to pull the trigger just now but see that its $55 for shipping.
They could not be processing those until after all the shoppers have barged in and taken the things right off the shelf. An in-store pick-up does not guarantee you will get the item.
Hopefully got the JVC car stereo and Samsonite 2-piece luggage, only got confirmation from paypal so far
EDIT no confirm email, just going to go to bed after one more attempt, will have page ready for AM
