    • The Bell Grab n Go kit is back on for $7.99 as well. They said that you have 90 days to activate but usually not enforced.

My 3-month trial Fibe 50/50/250 just finished today. Was an excellent deal for 3 months of blazing fast connection, total cost $9 tax in, no commitment, no fee. The modem/router/backup battery are all going back this weekend. Used it for transition between 2 other providers. May do it again next year

How's the Alienware TactX Headset for $34.99? Anyone bought one before?

    • So how's this $530 laptop compare to other recent deals? Am I better off waiting to use the Staples laptop coupon on something tomorrow?

    • The TactX keyboard is a good deal if you were looking for a new (gaming) keyboard.
All the keys feel really nice with this mate coating, keystrokes feel solid and the lights are more practical than aesthetically pleasing.
It is a large keyboard though, even larger with included wrist-rest attachment and uses 2 USB ports (one for keyboard, the other for the light).
I was in the market to buy one originally and bought bought the matching set during the summer 12 days of deal.

Can't vouch for the headset because it doesn't look that great to me.

    • The Bell Grab and Go kit is GREAT value. But make sure you call Dell before activating with Bell. I didn't realise you had to and so I got a bill for $100 from Bell.

It basically works like this: Bell just treat you like an off the street customer and generate an invoice for the activation and the monthly charge. Dell then effectively pay your bill for the first 3 months (including the activation/installation fee). For the second part to happen you have to activate the pack with Dell as well.

I was harassed by Bell to pay this $100 bill until I realised the error of my ways. Now try spending hours on the phone while Dell and Bell become interchangeable!! Eventually I started calling them "Delta Dell" and "Bravo Bell"!

Used the grab and go kit quite a few times and never had to call Dell before.
The Bell CSR asked if it was a Dell kit and I said yes that's about it.

I have the whole TactX set (headset, keyboard and mouse) and I really have nothing bad to say about it. The headset is great, it covers all your ears and the retractable microphone is a nice bonus.

I recommend getting any cable from :

      http://monoprice.com/

you will generally save a fortune, unless you need the exact cables in the Dell bundle
