While there are mixed feelings on the PlayBook itself, considering there are many alternatives to consider, if you're looking for an inexpensive e-reader, video streamer and don't mind being tethered to a Wi-Fi only connection, this isn't too bad of a device. Owners of a BlackBerry smartphone, in particular, might get infinite more use out of it as it opens up many more possibilities; one of the selling points when the PlayBook launched.
