Another annoyance is that there's no USB plug/charger for any of the parts. The batteries last a long time but you'll still want a few eneloops if you don't already have them.
The keyboard is pretty good. The keys feel great and the shape is just right, and the split spacebar is awesome. The separate numpad is good too. However, they compressed the arrow keys and home row too much, and I'm still getting used to the key layout after more than a month. It might not be a big deal for casual/gaming uses but for coding the strange placement of backslash/square brackets/home/end/pgup/dn takes much getting used to. I don't like the tiny function keys either, and compressing them to save vertical space makes no sense to me as it's already compact enough.
For the most part, though, the keys themselves are much better than the old Microsoft Natural keyboards and there's no going back, plus most of the layout and the curve is about the same as before.
