View allThe battery life is definitely a deal breaker though. What's the point of getting a watch when your cell phone battery will outlast it by a lot?
Its hard to tell with such low resolution pictures.

You know, within a few years, the companies will dictate that you want to surf the web on your smart watch, so then they'll make bigger screens, to the point that it will become basically a smartphone strapped onto your wrist. So y'all might as well get ahead of the curve and just strap your smartphone on your wrist and forget about the watch.
Don't worry, that consultation was free of charge.
The whole smartwatch thing is a bust it's too small to do a lot of things until Google perfects voice commands and Google Now. It's still about 1-2 years away before Google Now and Voice Search get to a point where it's dependable, especially dependable outside of just the US.
I have one and wear it everyday. Strangely I get a lot of compliments from the older generation and girls my age. Guys my age don't care unless they're in to rooting and custom roms.
I have to say the speakerphone is pretty useful. When you swap cars a lot and don't have your phone setup to the car.
I personally can't see myself wearing any of these things, but could see the benefit for some of the uses.
The speakerphone thing is kind of dumb. I rarely ever use it. The camera is nice but useless and makes the phone bulky and uncomfortable when you are resting your arm on the desk.
Overall, $100 isn't that much money, and the Gear funtionality works the way it's suppose to - no *****.
Who is honestly dumb enough to waste $100 just so u don't have to pull out your phone to answer a call or read a text? This is very impractical since if you answer with your watch it's in speakerphone mode so everyone will hear (and be irritated by) your conversations. Also how cumbersome will this thing be to send texts and do other things with since you'll be just using your one hand in ackward fashion.
