    • On paper this deal looks so lucrative...but in my opinion it is still not worth buying from this store....I bought (similar deal) couple of products...they were overly priced to compensate the deal and really shorter (than the size they claim). Just heads up......and be cautious.

      Guess it depends what you buy...I just got a Canucks t-shirt, two long-sleeved Star Wars t-shirts, a graphic golf shirt, and a pair of sunglasses for my son. All for $22 with tax and shipping! And the orders usually arrive within 1-2 days. I tend to order from them every time they have the free shipping promo, especially when they have additional coupon codes. Even if it's just a pair or socks or a t-shirt. Have had some great deals!

      Similar products in-store, different store eg; OldNavy, PleaseMum, etc? And what do you mean shorter, sizes fit smaller?

      Yes, cloths for 18 month did not fit 11 month old child (of normal growth).....

    • Had a bad experience the last time I ordered from tcp.

      Placed my order and it all went through the checkout. Didn't receive any confirmation email. And a couple of days later they cancelled half my order because they were "out of stock"

    • I quite like the Children's Place. The clothes are decent quality, and I can usually get items fairly inexpensive in the store. The website however has very little selection.

      I really like Children's place for their jeans, their skort, their pull on pants and their shorts. The only jeans my kids prefer over children's place jeans are the mexx ones but at 3 times the price (when it's on sale...) it doesn't really compare...

      For the ordering online issue, I always buy in store.

    • Placed an order twice already. First time got a cancellation email an hour later. Called in they told me my credit card had issues. Which I found out wasn't true, because my card already had a temp charge, so everything was fine on my end.
      Anyway, I placed the same order a second time, three hours later got a cancellation email again. Used a different card this time, also can see the temp charge on it, so the info I gave them was fine. This is really annoying.
      I ordered from them once before with no issues, but I guess I'm not so lucky this time.
      Anyone else got cancellations?

      I had the same issue 2 weeks back, placed 3 orders and after 2 days all 3 got cancelled. Called the customer service and they could not figure out why the orders got cancelled. They opened a ticket. After 2 days I got email saying they had inventory issues and hence cancelled. The irony was I could still see some of the items on their site and still able to place orders but didn't bother.
