      every time they have any sale, the website will break down, and they don't even both creating a custom error page. it's the IIS default error page, come on

      the site is so slow that it usually takes 5 minutes to load a new page...

      i just can't believe why they can't find a better server or find a better person to manage their application, or, they probably should have rewritten the whole damn thing if they still want to sell anything online

    • I shopped for what seemed forever, and at the end where it was processing the payment it just gave me an error. No email, nothing. I have no idea if my card was charged or if I'm getting anything. Absolutely ridiculous, don't even waste your time.

    • I too in the end had nightmare problems. I ordered 2 pairs and then got the error message. I never received confirmation, so I decided to call. Customer service closes at 5 pm. I will phone today, but spent well over an hour trying to order shoes. UGH.

    • Just got off the phone with Robeez. The shoes I ordered are now no longer available. They did however allow me to pick other pairs and adjusted the price. I did receive 50 off and free shipping too because I ordered 2 pairs. Probably not worth my time and effort, but the shoes are great and the price is a steal.

      You were able to use the 50% off coupon code this morning? I have since tried and agreed, it's fast but the C53M92B41 is not valid.

    • I was unable to use the coupon online. They did the adjustment when I phoned in. They are fully aware of the headaches everyone has had with the website. They were great on the phone.

    • I'm not impressed with Robeez right now. I ordered 3 pairs on black friday (50%) off, order went through - confirmation email was received. Now late yesterday I get an email saying one pair is out of stock. Shoes were bought for twin girls for Christmas - guess they'll have to share one pair ?! lol
