Use exportify to export the playlists to a csv file. Then go into the csv file for a specific playlist and copy and the spotify URI links. Go into the spotify program on your computer, create a new playlist, and just press ctrl+v (paste) and all the songs will be added in.

You can download them and play them on any device as long as your logged into the Spotify App (PC, Mobile Tablet etc..)
And can I download full albums off Spotify and save them on my laptop too? Or is it only for mobile devices and tablets?
I didn't do it for spotify, it had to cancel for a different reason. But anyway dont waste your time guys !!
