Cineplex Cineplex: Extra 10% Off Tuesday Tickets for SCENE Members Cineplex: Extra 10% Off Tuesday Tickets
get this dealForum user crazycoward just gave us a heads up about a new offer for SCENE members. Starting now, SCENE members can save an extra 10% off the already discounted price of Tuesday film tickets.
To take advantage of this offer, you'll need to have your SCENE card on hand when you order your tickets, which must be purchased on the day of the screening. This offer is valid for admission tickets to Tuesday films, including IMAX and Ultra AVX screenings.
If you aren't already a SCENE member, you can register for free on the Cineplex website (you'll earn 250 points by signing up).

View allOn another note, has anyone bought tickets online recently? Have they changed the system? You used to be able to open the PDF file from the browser after purchase, but now it states that it goes straight to email (without the in-option browser). I know it's not a huge thing but it's nice to have the option if you accidentally typo your email or spam filters are acting up.
it takes a long- ***** time...complain to timeplay and cineplex and they can follow up on it at least.
has anyone received their timeplay points?
If you do print your own tickets, it will go into your email inbox. They also have mobile tickets available for pickup at the theatre.
P.S. So how does Timeplay work? I've seen it a bunch of times but never actually used it since I was unaware they actually gave Scene points. I just got the app. Is it an easy hookup when in the theatre? Do you get 100 points regardless? Also says maximum 25 pincodes. I know that means 25 movies so it won't go by fast, but there is a limit then.
P.P.S When redeeming Scene points online to purchase tickets, do you have to print immediately or will the tickets be available in your email inbox? Just curious, because I don't have a wireless printer, so will I have to do it on the computer connected to the printer or can I buy tickets on my laptop?
SCENE is free, why WOULDN'T you get it? Just leave the damn card in your car, or if you have a smartphone, you don't even need the card! Last time I went to Prometheus, I went with 4 other people. NONE of them had SCENE cards and they told me that I could buy the tickets for them if I wanted because I had one.. by using my SCENE visa and the points I got from buying the movies, I went to Prometheus in UltraAVX 3D for free. I use my SCENE visa for any big purchases that don't need warranty.
What are the maximum SCENE points that I can earn per transaction at a Cineplex Entertainment theatre?
A: There is a maximum of 200 points per transaction at Cineplex Entertainment theatres. You will earn 100 points for your individual ticket purchase, for up to 2 unique performances per day. If you purchase children’s tickets during your transaction, you will be awarded with up to 100 bonus points (50 points per child ticket, max 2 per day), as children under 14 years of age cannot become members) .
Why can't I use the SCENE card more than twice in one day?
A: For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent use of the program, a SCENE member can only use their SCENE card twice in one day to earn points for two admission purchases for themselves (i.e., member sees two movies in one day).
so what kind of games do you get to play?
This more or less sums it up. It's basically an on-screen interactive game you can play before the movie starts as long as you have a smartphone and its corresponding app. You get 100 Scene points just for playing.
yes, nowadays each movie ticket gets 200 points (100 on purchase, 100 if you play the timeplay app), so not too hard to get to a free movie.
SCENE card is a no brainer if you watch movies...id have to think it is probably the second most valuable loyalty program in canada behind optimum
can you stack this 10% with that BOGO nestea 12can pack coupon?
i checked it a few days ago and it showed up at 5.99 price...wonder what would have happened had I ordered then...
oh well, will watch it next week
For the other question on the $9.75 price. That could be the Tuesday pricing with 3D cost for the ticket. Unless you are seeing the price with Amazing Spider-Man 2D show and that is the theaters regular price. Sadly, that price is correct for this Tuesday as Sony distributors aren't allowing us to apply the Tuesday price for its opening release day (form what i was told by managers) Although you can still get your 10% Off the ticket price still on the Tuesday
im doing my movie watching on only tuesdays this summer already...guess that will just continue haha
