    • Are their any cosmetics of fragrances that are a good deal with this?

From my experience, The Bay is always +30% more expensive than practically everywhere else, especially online stores(even when you factor in shipping, duties, etc). So, even with $10 off a $75 purchase, you aren't really saving anything over any other store. This probably belongs in the coupon sub-forum.

It is a good deal if you only have access to Canadian stores for cosmetics and skin care. Prestige items are almost always a standard price between different companies. For example, a Clinique Concealer that is 18 dollars at The Bay, will be 18 at SDM, Sears, Holts etc. So, whenever there is a promotion it becomes great time to buy because these items do not come on sale and any bonus/offer helps

If you use the Optimum program, discounts can be had by waiting for Bonus Point events at SDM

Shopping in the States for these items, it is almost ALWAYS cheaper there. Especially for the higher end items. A Lancome serum here which is 100 dollars, runs for 84 dollars at Macys. Worth the drive if you are stocking up for the next while

    • Didn't they have something like this last year? Except it was a much better deal. I think it was $10 off a $50 purchase or something.
