      I never had it (the pop up) running Firefox on Mac.



      OK, there you go... I changed computers, and got the pop up, but still had the "7-10 business days" confirmation message.

      They must be trying to recuperate some costs by having these???

      I'm running Adblock and NoScript on the first computer, so that will explain why there were no pop ups... Sorry!
