Outfit your home with some stylish and functional Dyson appliances with this offer from Best Buy, as you can take 15% off all Dyson products!

Simply enter the promo code RZ0417 during your checkout to activate your savings! In-store shoppers can present this coupon to receive the savings.

The promo is applicable to all Dyson appliances, but curiously, using the promo code online will negate free shipping during your checkout. Some forum members were able to get free shipping with their order after contacting customer service.

This offer is effective online and in Best Buy stores until April 24. BestBuy.ca offers free shipping with orders over $35.00 (with the exception of larger items and major appliances) and a free in-store pick-up option with no minimum order.

Yes. I have one for my Condo with all hardwood floors. Its amazing, use it every day, and would never go back to sweeping/having a larger vacuum.

If you need a heavy duty vacuum though this will not suffice as the head is somewhat small, and it only goes for 10 min at most of usage before needing a charge.

Just manage your expectations is all.

    • Link is broken, but you can still search the product.

Doesn't matter anyways. OOS online and pretty much every store (within the GTA anyways).

you should actually go to a retail store and look at all the difference sizes of vcleaners...I have one of these and a larger one...the one on this thread is more for a quick clean application....battery doesnt last long for the whole house.

Thanks for your reply! 20 minutes on one charge does not look sufficient :-(

    • I had the one in Costco. The suction is very powerful and very light weight but you cannot charge while you use it.

Max Power = last 10 mins
Regular power = last 15 mins

Then you have to wait until it is fully charged before you can use it again.
It can take 20-30 mins to fully charge the vacuum. After a year of using it lightly, it broke down. Won't turn on anymore.
Costco replaced another one for me for free but same thing happened.

does it have a soft brush or different attachment for hardwood floors? as to not scratch up the floors.

yes it does. Scratching your floors should not be a concern unless they are made of bamboo?

I have untreated hardwood and never had an issue.
