      Time to share: I have come to find that Roots is no longer 'great' quality. I was upset to find that their items are no longer made in Canada. But yet, they still sell overpriced items.

    • Anyone know of this applies to custom orders as well (ie. the varsity jackets), or only things found in-store/online?

      Kinda wish I had waited; just got a custom varsity about a month and a half ago; would've saved like $90!

      And as for no longer made in Canada, that's bogus, at least for their leather goods; they do custom orders right here in Toronto.

      It really varies. Their leather collection is made in Canada.
      As for clothes, I bought some men's sweatpants and they were made here, the women's aren't...
      Never checked the rest!

    • I suppose it's obvious now but the 25% discount is now at all Roots stores and online w/o the coupon code, until tomorrow. Doesn't apply to custom orders, but the entire store is up for grabs. Good time to grab a leather good. I HIGHLY recommend their varsity jackets. Top-notch quality.
