      The last time I ordered from Lids and got them to ship it to my nearest location it took them like two months. But what a sweet deal it was for a bomber style winter hat and a Blue Jays mesh cap.

      So I think it's safe to say orders will usually arrive 1.5-3 weeks.

    • Just a note though.. I had placed an order on lids.ca on Apr 4 when they had the 25% off sale. I didn't get any emails confirming my item shipped or anything so I called customer service for an update. I was told then that the item arrived in store. It took about a week.

      And lo and behold, I finally get an email TODAY telling me my item has arrived in store. So if you havent heard anything and are wondering, give customer service a call to see where you order is!

      I called customer service today because it had been more than seven business days (which is their processing schedule). Seven business days for processing is ridiculous but that's besides the point. They told me that they had already shipped my order and that it takes 48 hours from shipment to send the email with tracking information. With all other companies I've dealt with the tracking info comes within single digit hours from shipment. If they actually have shipped it out already then I'll probably get the item via Canada Post before I get the email. Oh well, as long as it gets to me safely I'll have no further complaints.

      (No regrets, right? ...)
