To get your free lip balm, head to the Virgin Mobile Members Lounge and enter your contact information (as well as your Virgin Mobile phone number). You will then be taken to a page where you can print off your coupon. Present the coupon to your cashier to receive your discount.

There is a limit of one coupon per customer, and your Virgin Mobile phone must be presented at time of purchase. There's a limit of one free offer per member.
