Yes, free returns in store. I successfully returned a couple pairs I bought on their Black Friday sale. Just no price adjustments on sale merchandise.

I'm wondering what this sale is a preamble to? These prices in-store?

Edit: I've been looking into getting a pair of Pajar winter boots. Anyone have any experience or opinions on this brand? I like a couple of their boots, although they would be slightly cheaper if bought from amazon.com even after shipping. I'm just unsure of fit/quality so may order from Brown's for easy returns.

      I love the RDF mentality!

You can still return it in store later minus the shipping fee.

Bro between you and me, if she really wants that particular pair ($59 is very reasonable), then how about getting both sizes and returning the size that doesn't fit later in store? All you'd lose for sure is some time to return it.

I am sure she'd be very grateful to her wonderful boyfriend. So it'd be a no brainer for me given the time of the year and the store's generous return policy.

Between you and me, I've already given her more than $150 in make up in the past two months. This is all on her.

Sorry, I have no clue about exchanges. Many stores will make you return and re-buy if they only have the item your looking for online because they're not setup to do online exchanges, in which case it may not still be on sale online and your stuck paying more. I'd call them and ask since its not mentioned on their website. If your returning in store and they happen to have the same shoe in the proper sizing then I don't see why they wouldn't exchange it for you, but again I'd call the store to confirm before counting on that.

Personally I'd just order both sizes that you think you'd be between and return the one that doesn't fit to the store. Guarantees you a trip to the store but saves the potential for having to go through the hassle of trying to exchange the item, paying another shipping fee, having the size you end up needing be OOS later or in stock but not on sale anymore. Having had all of these happen to me several times if I'm fairly sure I'll fit one of two sizes I'll just buy both, that way they're pretty much guaranteed the business as I'll likely be happy with one of them.

Doubtful...I think it's rare for a retailer to refund shipping costs with returns
