      Can't get the code to work!
      This is what I have selected:

      STEP 2: Selected Event - Saturday, August 18, 2012 ULTIMATE DINOSAURS & ENGLISH GUIDED TOUR at 2:00 PM

    • We were going to take my young daughter this weekend for this price, so I called to see if something could be done about the code not working.

      "We removed that coupon code at 5:00 PM yesterday because it was too good of a deal."
      Me: "Are there any other codes that I could use to get something similar?"
      "No, but if you come on Friday after 4:00 PM you can get in for $19."
      Me: "That's not an option for us, is there anything else?"
      "No."
      Me: "Oh well, I guess we won't be able to make it then."
      "Goodbye" *click*

      The person seemed quite flustered over the question. I would even go so far as to say borderline rude in their interaction. Not that I was expecting to be able to get it re-instated or anything, but no "Sorry, that is unavailable." "I apologize for the inconvenience, you can try this:" etc. Just straight, "No, you can pay regular price like everyone else."
