      Half price is good. That makes a double much cheaper than a single. By the way, how can they implement this? A coupon? Or through their coffee card

      I'm at Starbucks right now. There's a sign that says (March 8-14). Buy a coffee before 11:00am and bring your receipt back after 2:00pm for half off an espresso. I would imagine that this is good for Americanos as well but don't quote me on that!

      Lattes include milk! Apparently after a certain amount of Ounces, it becomes a latte and they charge extra for it. haha. Americano is just hot water! If they don't add the hot water for you, I'm sure some RFD'ers would bring their own electric kettles and boil it there.

      thanks for the link! not bad.. i think they had this similar deal in last summer for the longest time for 50% off cold/iced drinks between 2-5pm with purchase earlier in the day; it was on the bill.

    • Don't drink SB but it sounds like a bit of hassle for the irregulars. Most people don't retain their receipts especially coffee receipts, and you have to return after 2pm on the same day to be eligible.....I guess it works out for people whose office has a SB nearby and for SB lovers of course.

We have 4 starbucks cards in our house and we loaded each one with the $25 using a VISA card. Everyone I've spoken to that used their VISA card to add $25 on to their Starbucks card is still waiting as well. Did anyone get the promised $5 added to their card?

    • I got the $5 added back to my card in late Feb. My wife didn't and she sent SB an email and they credit $5 to her card. So if it still isn't showing up email them and ask nicely their customer service is usually pretty good.

      Guess I will be going back this afternoon for a Latte didn't get my reciept yesterday morning

      I do believe you have to buy any coffee in the morning.. even a muffin won't qualify. But that's highly YMMV.. depends if the cashier checks it.
