    • Beat me to posting this deal....seems like a decent deal if you're going to go the movies anyways with someone.

    • The General Mills Cereal Deal is till the hottest ticket item for a movie.

    • We always buy the Costco Vouchers, so this offer is useless to us :( .

ya, costco is the best deal running on all the time.
General mills is the best deal when it's on.
So this $5 savings is not hot, but good to be aware of I guess. Or, a good option if all you want is tickets and nothing else at the movies.

    • I wonder if this can be used to buy a gift card. That's 20% a $25 gift card - better for those who don't get popcorn/pop.

Not everyone is a member of Costco, so Costco would be useless. ;)

I personally prefer the movie night out passes.
It's almost a guarantee that you're going to get something at the movies. This saves you more.

Aren't these $22.99 in the store?
Yes, they are cheaper in-store. Even more so in case of child ticket combos: $9.79 in-store vs $24.99 for two online and you can wait for delivery forever(no "print-at-home").

As to this paypal deal, it's kinda warm if you just need two adult tickets, no popcorn :)
Rebate $5 promised in couple of weeks to Paypal account. Better if they just give $5 off.

    • Subtotal: $19.98
      Service Charge: $0.00
      TOTAL: $19.98

      Balance Due: $19.98

which is under 20$... damn :(

    • One thing to note is that this deal allows you to buy your tickets ahead of time whereas the Costco deal requires you to get your tickets at the theatre (and risk possible sell-out or having to go extra early). Is that correct?

if you get there with a prebought ticket after they've sold out chances are you're not gonna get a good seat anyways... (unless you're by yourself )

Edit: BTW this is a good deal if you go on tuesdays. you just need 3 people (at least in BC anyways, don't know about prices elsewhere)
