    • This is an ongoing deal, and I have changed my engine oil a few times at their Scarborough location. Too bad they do not have any other lcoations in Toronto. What I like best about their service is that they never try to sell me anything. Also, even though the advertisement says only 5 litres of motor oil provided for the oil change but one of my cars takes 5.5 litres and they still top it up without charging me extra. Good job CAA!

      - Most places charge 20 - 25 bucks for a tire rotation (including CAA).

      BTW ... don't forget about the usual environment/disposal charges (oil + filter related) on top of the 29.99 CAA price.

      I'm pretty sure it's around 4.50 to 5.00 at CAA garages - which makes it 34.49 to 34.99 prior to adding 13% Ontario HST.

      They charge HST on top of the environment/disposal charge? That's like a tax on top of a tax. Outrageous.

      Usually not an issue or concern. But some shops may cheat/ripoff their customers by not balancing the rear tires during the initial tire installations. If the rear tire(s) is unbalanced, it will become very noticeable on the front after the rotation.

    • Excellent service - my car was delayed by the time they did the work - and very professionally said - "sorry took more than we promised - so it is on us." Couldn't believe my ears! Both office area and work area was nice and clean - good desk person and staff.
