There's a whole lot going on in the Canadian business world. Here's a look at what's new:
- Telus has dropped the activation fees associated with hardware upgrades. (Usually $35 for new customers and $25 for existing customers.)
- The Globe and Mail is rolling out a paywall for its online content. Access will be free for most paper subscribers but $19.99 a month otherwise. It will be interesting to see how that plays out in the long-term.
- Universities around the world are educating people for free in a variety of online courses.
- Unequal pay for equal work? This monkey is not having it.
