Black Friday is coming, and it's one of the best bets to land some great deals before Boxing Day. If you're not familiar with it, Black Friday is the busiest American shopping day of the year (it's the Friday that follows Thanksgiving in the US), and it has been steadily picking up steam in Canada. Although it's traditionally an American occasion, Canadian retailers and online retailers that ship to Canada have really taken to offering Boxing Day like discounts in November. Just take a look at the number of Black Friday Deals we've posted stretching back to 2007:

In 2010, big brands like Apple, Dell, GAP, Lululemon, Amazon, Newegg, Roots, Sears, and SportChek had Black Friday deals for Canadians. We're expecting an even bigger turnout for 2011!
Black Friday falls on November 25 this year. Create online accounts at the stores that interest you, make sure your credit card is paid off, and double check that you know your secure logins (Verified by VISA and MasterCard Securecode, respectively).
